摘 要:鸡球虫病是养禽业中最重要的疾病之一,每年造成数十亿美元的重大经济损失.当前,药物防治是控制鸡球虫病的主要手段,但是随着耐药虫株的普遍产生及绿色食品概念的形成,人们期望用更好的手段取代之.鸡球虫疫苗和相关佐剂已经成为当前研究的热点.本文就鸡球虫病免疫防治的最新进展,从转基因疫苗、核酸与亚单位疫苗、常规疫苗、免疫佐剂4方面研究展开论述.Chicken coccidiosis remains one of the most important diseases in the poultry industry and results in the annual loss of billions of US dollars. Chemotherapy is the main means for controlling coccidiosis now. With the development of the drug-resistant strains as well as the formation of green food concept, a better control method is expected. Study on coccidiosis vaccines and concurrent adjuvants for chicken has become one highlight for many veterinarians. This paper summarized the development of chicken coccidiosis vaccine and concurrent adjuvant, including the development and application of nucleic acid vaccine, subunit vaccine and common commercial vaccine, as well as the research progress of adjuvants.
