摘　　要：科学基金的结题管理是整个地立科学基金管理系统的重要组成部分和关键环节。基金项目结题管理能促进科学基金项目研究水平的提高,能强化科技人员的学术水平。本文结合长沙理工大学基金结题管理工作的实践,指出结题管理主要应具备三个维度,一是学校的制度维度,二是项目主持人的意识维度,三是高校基金管理人员的素质维度。Science Fund management is the finished legislation Science Foundation of the whole management system an important part and key links. Fund Project Management finished fund projects to promote scientific research level, to strengthen the academic standards of scientific and technological personnel. In this paper, Changsha University of Science and Technology Fund finished the practice of management, Pointed out that the finished management should have three dimensions, One dimension of the school system, and the other is a sense of dimension of the project host, the three colleges and universities fund management is the quality dimension.
