摘　　要：IT系统运维是IT系统建设中的重要的一环,在借鉴其他领域知识转移相关理论和成果的基础上结合IT系统运维的特点,利用知识位势、知识成熟度模型、博弈论等相关理论和方法对IT系统运维组织内外的知识转移进行了研究,提出了IT系统运维组织内外知识转移模型以及成熟知识和不成熟知识的转移策略。IT system Maintenance is the further development of IT system construction. On the basis of combining other domain theory and production of knowledge transfer with characteristic of IT system Maintenance. This paper studies inner ＆ outer knowledge transfer on IT system Maintenance by using the theory and method of knowledge potential ,knowledge maturation model and game model, gives inner ＆ outer knowledge transfer model of IT system Maintenance and knowledge transfer strategy of mature knowledge and non-mature knowledge.
