摘  要:目的确定从蜱中分离的、使用常规方法不能鉴定的3株粉红色细菌的分类学位置。方法使用16SrDNA序列分析和同源性检索方法及细菌的形态学、生化特性及脂肪酸分析等鉴定方法。结果3株细菌为粉红色的革兰阴性需氧小球杆菌,最适生长温度为37℃,在含有5%以上NaCl的培养基中不能生长。该菌能发酵葡萄糖、利用棕檬酸盐,接触酶试验阳性、脲酶试验阳性、紫外(UV)吸收试验阳性。主要脂肪酸成分为C16:0、C17:0、C18:1 ω9c和C19:0cyc。16SrDNA序列分析和同源性检索发现3株细菌与颈玫瑰单胞菌(Roseomonas cervicalis)同源性最高,达99.1%。结论这3株细菌在分类学上属于玫瑰单胞菌(Roseomonas),但是和已经报道的种都不相同,可能是一个变种。蜱可能是其潜在的媒介宿主。Objective To identify the three strains of pink-pigmented bacteria isolated from ticks. Methods 16S rDNA sequence analysis, 16S rDNA similarity searching, bacterial morphological, physio- logical and biochemical tests and fatty acids analysis were used. Results The bacterial strains were pinkpigment, gram negative, strictly aerobic coccobacillus. They grow optimally at 37℃, while not in the pres- ence of 〉15% NaCl. The tests showed positive result for urease, D-glucose, citrate, UV absorption, and catalase. The predominant fatty acids were C16:0、C17:0、C18:1 ω9c and C19:0 cyc. Comparative 16S rDNA sequences analysis revealed that the strains were closely related to Roseomortas cervicalis and could reach up to 99.1% identity. Conclusion Based on phenotypic, biochemical and phylogenetic data, we propose these three isolates represent distinct species in genus Roseomonas, of which ticks may serve as a potential vector.
