摘　　要：近年来我国正处于工业化、城镇化快速发展时期,建设用地供需矛盾十分突出。而林纸一体化工程建设进程的推进,对土地需求也日益迫切。本文初步表述了国家日益严格的土地管理对林纸一体化工程建设的影响。Because of the rapid growth period of industrialization and urbanization in our country in recent years, the contradiction between supply and demand of land for construction purposes is very prominent. The forestry-paper integration project to promote the demand of land is more demanding. In this paper, the influence of increasingly strict land management on forestry-paper integration project construction was preliminarily expressed.
