摘  要:研究了碱性条件下三倍体毛白杨化学浆K3Fe(CN)6催化电化学漂白工艺,确定了漂白工艺最佳条件为:用碱量2%,漂白时间40min,漂白温度80℃,K3Fe(CN)6用量12mmol/L。对比电化学漂白前后浆的红外谱图发现,电化学漂白过程中木素的苯环骨架结构变化不大;木素间的连接出现断裂;漂白后残余木素的羧基及非共轭羰基增多,紫丁香型木素脱除明显。The electrochemical bleaching processes on AS pulp of Triploid Populus Tomentosa were studied, the optimal conditions of bleaching process were confirmed that NaOH dosage 2%, K3Fe(CN)6 dosage 12mmol/L, at 80℃ and 40 rain. The infrared spectrums of unbleached and bleached pulp were analyzed. The benzene skeleton of lignin were not significantly destroyed, linkage between lignin were broken after electrochemical bleaching. Carboxyl and non-conjugated carbonyl groups were increased and lilac type lignin were removed during bleaching.
