摘　　要：废纸处理技术和方法的最佳化应是:首先根据准备生产的纸种、规格、质量来选择并确定由诸如制浆、筛选、除渣、浮选、洗涤、热分散、漂白等操作单元有机组合起来的废纸处理生产流程,而后在各操作单元中选用最适用的操作方法和设备,以达到最终的流程和处理技术的最佳化。本文详细介绍了应用于废纸处理各工序的新技术、新方法及其优化组合。The optimum of waster paper treatment technology and method was as follows. Firstly, the organic combined production flow of waste paper treatment of operation units such as pulping, screening, cleaning, floating selection; washing; heat dispersing and bleaching was selected and determined according to the kinds of paper, standard and quality of ready production. And then the most suitable operation method and equipment were chosen in operation units to reach the optimum of the final flow and treatment technology. The new technology, new method and optimum combination applied in waste paper treatment were introduced in detail.
