苯丙乳液共聚物/ASA乳液对二次纤维浆的施胶及其助留和稳定性能研究

摘　　要：研究了一种苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂乳液的制备,将其用作烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)的乳化剂,制备了反应性ASA中性施胶剂。该乳液制备简单、分散效果和乳液稳定性好。用废纸板作浆料,添加硫酸铝到废纸浆料中,助留剂(R)和稳定剂(A)复配到ASA乳液中占总固含量质量的比例为0.2%和2%,m(乳化剂固含量)/m(ASA)=1/5,乳液固含量占绝干浆含量为0.2%,在24h内使用该乳液进行浆内施胶,施胶效果很好;在浆内白水中添加少量金属杂质离子时,对该ASA乳液的施胶效果影响不大。A styrene acrylate soap-free copolymeric emulsion was prepared and was used as emulsifier of alkenyl succinic anhydride （ASA） in the preparation of reactive ASA neutral sizing. It is simple in preparation, easy to disperse and has good emulsion stability. Using the waste paper board as pulp and adding aluminum sulfate into the recy- cled pulp, when retention agent（R） and stabilization agent（A） were added in the ASA emulsion with weight ratio of 0.2% and 2%, re（emulsifying agent solid amount）/m（ASA）=l/5, emulsion solid amount was 0.2% of absolute dry pulp content and the emulsion was used for internal sizing within 24 hours, the excellent sizing degree could be achieved; there was little influence on the effect of the ASA emulsion sizing when a small amount of metal ion impurities were added.
