摘 要:在实验室条件下,利用鲍尔纤维筛分仪(Bauer McNett)和纤维质量分析仪(FQA)定量测定了杨木BCTMP和漂白麦草浆的纤维柔顺性系数,以此来表征纸浆的纤维柔顺性。研究了杨木BCTMP配抄漂白麦草浆后对纸张有关性能的影响。结果表明,杨木BCTMP纤维柔顺性系数大于漂白麦草浆。配抄后纸张松厚度、不透明度和透气度有明显提高,杨木BCTMP的比例在50%时,松厚度和不透明度分别增加了约61%和9%,但抗张强度和表面平滑度有所下降。Fiber flexibility coefficient of aspen BCTMP and bleached wheat straw pulp was quantificationally measured based on Bauer McNett classifier and Fiber Quality Analysis under laboratory conditions to represent fiber flexibility. It found that the more flexible the fiber, the lower its fiber flexibility coefficient. The effects of aspen BCTMP applied to papermaking with bleached wheat straw pulp on the paper property were investigated. The results showed that aspen BCTMP has a higher fiber flexibility coefficient than that of the bleached wheat straw pulp; paper bulkiness, opacity and porosity are improved significantly by aspen BCTMP, with paper bulkiness and opacity increased by 61% and 9% respec- tively when the aspen BCTMP proportion is 50%, but paper tensile strength and surface smoothness are decreased to some extent.
