摘　　要：蛇毒纤溶酶是一种新型溶栓药,其溶栓效果已得到认可,但其致出血性限制了其临床应用。为解决这一难题,国内外学者对这类纤溶酶的结构特点和纤溶机制等方面做了详尽的研究,揭示了其与传统溶栓药不同的出血机制,并相应地提出了一些可能的解决方案。As a new kind of thrombolytic drug, the curative effect of snake venom fibrino（geno） lytic enzyme has been recognized. However, the problem of hemorrhage restricts its clinical useness. In order to solve this problem,the scholars at home and abroad deeply studied its structural character and fibrinolytic mechanism, revealed the different hemorrhagic mechanism from the traditional thrombolytic drugs, and brought forward several feasible projects accordingly.
