足跟皮肤缺损的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的:报道足跟皮肤缺损的手术治疗效果和体会。方法:采用以小腿隐神经营养血管和腓肠神经营养血管为蒂设计并切取皮瓣,逆行转移修复足跟部皮肤缺损10例。结果:10例皮瓣中除1例皮瓣远端部分坏死外,其余皮瓣全部成活,7例修复神经者恢复了良好的感觉功能,经随访6个月～4年,皮瓣外形及功能恢复良好,无皮肤破溃病例。结论:小腿皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣是修复足跟部皮肤缺损的理想方法,该皮瓣具有血供可靠,操作简单,成活率高,部分可恢复感觉功能以及不牺牲知名血管等特点,值得临床推广使用。Objective To report the clinical result and experience of distally based saphenous nerve and sural nerve nutritional blood vessel Island flap. Methods Designed a distally based island saphenous neurovascular flap and sural neurovascular flap , elevated the flap for repairing skin defects on heel in 10 cases. Results All 10 skin flaps were survived completely except one with distant edge become necrosis. Conclusion This flap has good blood supply and high success rate. The operation is less traumatic and easy to perform, and the chief vessel is undamaged .It is an ideal flap to repair the skin defect of heel.and the method should be used in clinics wiclely.
