摘  要:目的:探讨可调脉宽(Vp)532nm激光对兔耳增生性瘢痕微血管、成纤维细胞、胶原纤维的影响。方法:利用兔耳腹侧面建立增生性瘢痕模型,按不同时间取材,对比研究Vp532nm激光对兔耳增生性瘢痕微血管、成纤维细胞、胶原纤维的影响。结果:激光治疗后微血管、成纤维细胞、胶原纤维较对照组明显减少。结论:Vp532nm激光可明显抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕。Objective To investigate the effect of VP532nm laser on hypertrophic scar in rabbit ears. Methods hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears were established, specimens were harvested on different time, microvascular, fibroblast and collagenous fiber were observed. Results Compared with the control group, The expressions of microvascular,fibroblast and collagenous fiber in the experimental group were obviously weaker. Conclusion VP532nm laser may play a role in inhibitinq hypertrophic scarring in rabbit ears.
