“A”型行为与声带息肉关系的研究

摘　　要：从身心医学角度重新审视声带息肉，对313例声带息肉患者与对照组比较，发现本组声带息肉患者中72／具有“A”型性格行为特征。患者植物神经功能紊乱明显高于对照组，符合心身疾病的主要论断依据，应属于副交感神经兴奋居多的植物神经功能紊乱相关性疾病。Reexamining vocal cord polyp from body and mind medicine, we compared 313 patients with vocal cord polyp with control group, and found that 72% of the patients had type -A personality behaviour characteristics and their aulonomic nerve disorder rate obviously surpassed that of 1he control group. This is in accordance with the main diagnosis basis of physical and psychological disorder. Thus we consider that vocal cord polyp belongs to the autonomic nerve disorder in which sub -sympathetic nerve excitement is high.
