摘 要:目的:观察参虫胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠早期视网膜超微结构的影响。方法:制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、治疗组和导升明对照组,治疗组、导升明对照组分别以参虫胶囊、导升明灌服,模型组不用任何药物。观察各组大鼠电镜下视网膜超微结构改变的情况。以正常大鼠作空白对照。结果:电镜下,模型组1个月、3个月、6个月随病程的延长,视神经组织局部结构紊乱呈逐渐加重的趋势。治疗组大鼠,视网膜超微结构的病变与模型组相比明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:参虫胶囊可通过减轻糖尿病视网膜神经组织病变来改善糖尿病视网膜病变。Objective To observe the early effect of Shenchong Capsule on the retinal ultrastructure in diabetic rats. Methods The prepared diabetic rat model rats were randomly divided into three groups, including the model group, the treatment group and doxium group to observe the changes of the retinal ultrastructure by experimental rats with electron microscope. The rats in treatment group and doxium group were fed with Shenchong Capsule and doxium respectively and the rats in model group were not given any medicine. Healthy rats were as normal control. Results The turbulence on local structure of optic nerve in model group's rats was aggravated gradually at the time of one month, three months and six months after the model created for electron microscopic observation, while the pathologic change of the retinal ultrastructure of diabetic retinopathy administered with Shenchong Capsule life time was improved markedly. Conclusion The use of Shenchong Capsule could improve diabetic retinopathy by alleviating pathological changes of diabetic retinal tissues.
