摘  要:目的探讨中期因子(MK)蛋白在脑膜瘤中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学技术,检测52例脑膜瘤组织和10例正常脑膜组织中MK蛋白的表达,并对二者的关系进行统计学分析。结果52例脑膜瘤组织中,MK蛋白阳性表达率为63.5%,正常脑膜组织中无MK蛋白表达,差异有显著性(P=0.001<0.05)。MK蛋白阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别和肿瘤部位、大小、形状无关(rs=0.4524,P=0.089>0.05),而与肿瘤病理分级分类(rs=0.3785,P=0.0024<0.05)、侵袭性(rs=0.7412,P=0.0087<0.05)、血供(rs=0.6518,P=0.041<0.05)、瘤周水肿(rs=0.6142,P=0.032<0.05)密切相关。结论MK蛋白在脑膜瘤组织中有过度表达;MK蛋白的表达与侵袭性、瘤周水肿及病理分级相关;MK蛋白有望成为临床上对脑膜瘤生物学行为进行判定的指标。抑制MK的表达,有望为高表达MK的脑膜瘤提供一个新的治疗途径。Objective To discuss the expresion of midkine (MK) in meningioma and its relation with the clinicopathology of meningioma. Methods S - P immunohistochemistry was applied in detecting the expression of MK in meningioma tissues of 52 cases and in normal dura tissues of 10 cases, and a statistical analysis was made to the relation between the two. Results In the meningioma tissues, the positive rate of the MK expression was 63.5% while there was no MK expression in normal dura tissues, the difference was significant ( P = 0. 001 〈 0.05 ) ; the positive expression of MK had no relation with the age, sex of patients and the location, size and shape of tumors ( rs = 0.4524, P = 0.089 〉 0.05 ) but was closely related to the pathological grading and typing of the tumor ( rs =0. 3785, P = 0. 0024 〈 0.05 ) , invasion ( rs = 0. 7412, P = 0. 0087 〈 0.05 ), blood supply ( rs = 0. 6518, P=0.041 〈0.05), tumor edema (rs =0.6142, P=0.032 〈0.05). Conclusions MK is overexpressed in meningioma tissues : the expression of MK is closely related to the invsion, tumor edema and pathological grading; MK may be the judgement standard of biological behavior of meningioma in clinic ; to inhibite the expression of MK may provide a new treatment for meningi- oma with high expression of MK.
