毛头鬼伞多糖诱导烟草体内水杨酸的积累

摘　　要：以烟草感病品种普通烟K326为材料,以毛头鬼伞多糖(CCP)为诱导因子,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了CCP对烟草体内水杨酸(SA)含量的影响.结果表明,CCP可以诱导烟草感病品种体内SA含量增高,SA含量在接种烟草花叶病毒(TMV)后84 h达到最大值,为458.927 ng.g-1.Using tobacco K326 （Nicotiana tabacutrL cv. , K326 ） as experimental material, and polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus （CCP） as elicitor to investigate the effects of CCP on endogenous SA contents by HPLC （ high performance liquid chromotography）. The results showed that the endogenous SA contents in leaves of tobacco K326 treated with CCP increased, and the peak value in SA content curve was 458.927 ng·g-1 at 84 h after inoculation in leaves of tobacco K326.
