摘  要:目的:比较槟榔碱对NM-FB、OSF-FB、EC增殖活性的影响。方法:0μg/ml、30μg/ml、60μg/ml、90μg/ml、120μg/ml槟榔碱干预三组细胞48h,60μg/ml槟榔碱干预三组细胞24h、48h、72h,倒置显微镜下观察细胞形态的改变,四唑盐(MTT)比色法检测细胞增殖活性的变化。结果:槟榔碱以浓度、时间-依赖关系抑制细胞增殖,相同条件下存活率EC低于NM-FB、NM-FB低于OSF-FB。结论:槟榔碱有细胞毒作用,细胞损伤有先后时序关系;推测槟榔碱并不直接通过刺激FB增殖诱发OSF,可能通过改变FB性能和EC活性促进OSF的发生。To compare the proliferation of NM-FB.OSF-FB,EC after stimulated by arecohne.Method: NM-FB,OSF-FB,EC were stimulated by 0.30μg/ ml.60μg/ ml,90μg/ ml. 120μg/ ml arecoline during 48 h, also stimulated by 60μg/ml arecoline in 24 h,48 h.72 h, Cell shape was observed through microscope, Cell survival rate was detected by MTT assay. Result: Arecoline suppress the proliferation of NM-FB,OSF-FB.EC by the mode of concentration and time symbiosis, the survival rate of EC was lower than that of NM-FB and the survival rate of NM-FB was lower than that of OSF-FB in the same condition. Conclusion: Aecoline has cytotoxicity effects on NM-FB,OSF-FB,EC,but the damage of NM-FB,OSF-FB.EC was in succession; we suppose that arecoline was not inducing OSF directly by stimulating the proliferation of FB, but may be through changing the characteration of FB and the function of EC around.
