衡通贴膏的质量标准研究

摘　　要：采用TLC法鉴别衡通贴膏中的续断、乳香、没药、皂角刺、香橼和羌活;照中国药典2005年版一部附录Ⅳ鉴别衡通贴膏中的自然铜;采用HPLC法测定人参皂苷Rg1。根据测定结果,衡通贴膏中人参皂苷Rg1的含量暂定为不低于4.5mg/贴。Six herbs （Radix Dipsaci, frankincense, myrrh, Spina Gleditsiae, Fructus Citri and Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii） in Hengtong plaster were identified by TLC. The pyritum was identified by the method in the appendix IV of ChP 2005 （Volume I ）. The content of ginsenoside Rg 1 was determined by HPLC. According to the results of assay, the content limit of ginsenoside Rgl was preliminarily qualified to no less than 4.5mg per patch.
