摘  要:采用挤出滚圆法制备由葛根、山楂、制何首乌提取物和珍珠粉组成的复方降脂微丸,并筛选得到优化工艺:各药材提取物和珍珠粉的混合物10g,微晶纤维素和乳糖的重量比为6.5∶1,以50%乙醇19ml为润湿剂,挤出速度1500r/min,滚圆速度2400r/min,滚圆时间7min。结果表明,所制微丸流动性较好,其中葛根素和2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在体外30min基本能完全溶出,所制微丸能显著降低高脂模型大鼠的血清甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白含量,效果优于相同剂量(800mg/kg)的心安宁胶囊。Fufang Jiangzhi Pellets from the extract of Radix Puerariae Lobatae, Fructus Crataegi, Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cum Suco Glycines Sotae and pearl powder were prepared by extrusion-spheronization. The optimized formulation was: the mixture of extract of three herbs and pearl powder was 10g, the weight ratio of microcrystalline cellulose and lactose was 6.5 : 1, 19ml of 50% ethanol was used as moistening agent, extrusion rate and spheronization rate were 1500r/min and 2400r/min with spheronization time of 7min. The prepared pellets had good fluidity. The in vitro dissolution of puerarin and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside during 30rain was released nearly completely. The pellets could significantly decrease the concentration of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in hyperlipemia rats serum, the effect was better thanXin 'arming capsules at the same dosage (800mg/kg).
