摘  要:对经8.25%预应变后的Ti49.8Ni50.2合金在不同恒应力(10,60,110,160,210,260和310MPa)约束下的逆相变行为进行了研究。结果表明:约束应力使得储存在马氏体中的弹性能释放,导致逆相变温度(A′s,Af′)升高;应力约束条件下马氏体在逆相变过程中,由于发生了塑性变形,引起了回复应变的减少;相变温度的升高和回复应变的减少均与约束应力成线性关系;还推导出了变应力约束条件下逆相变产生的回复应力和马氏体转变量的计算公式。The reverse martensitic transformation of 8. 25 % pre-strained Ti49.8Ni50.2 alloy wire constrained at different constant stresses was investigated. The results show that the reverse martensitic transformation start temperature A's and finish temperature A'f increased linearly with the increase of constant stress, which was thought to be related with the release of elastic energy of martensite, while the reverse transformation span and martensitic transformation rate were almost not changed. On the other side, linear relationship was also discovered in the recoverable strain and residual strain versus constant stress curves. The reverse transformation in elastic restraint was analyzed and the calculation formula of recovery stress and martensitic transformation rate were deduced.
