摘 要:研究了7种丝道截面形状的网络器及其网络工艺参数对网络丝性能的影响。结果表明,圆形截面丝道的网络器可以加工出较高网络度的网络丝;三角形丝道截面的网络器加工的网络丝具有较高的网络牢度;椭圆形丝道截面的网络器和倒三角形丝道截面的网络器可以加工出网络度和网络牢度都较高的网络丝,其中倒三角形比椭圆形丝道截面的网络器加工的网络丝的网络度和网络牢度要高,而正方形截面丝道的网络器的性能最差。网络工艺参数对网络丝的网络度有影响,而对网络牢度影响不大。The effects of the cross section shape of 7 kinds of interlacer yarn duct and the interlacing process on the properties of interlaced yarn were studied. The results showed that the interlacer with circular-cross section yarn duct produced relatively high interlacing degree, the interlacer with triangular-cross section yarn duct produced relatively high interlacing intensity, and the interlacer with elliptical or inversed triangular-cross section yarn duct produced relatively high interlacing degree and intensity, but the interlacer with inversed triangular-cross section yarn duct produced higher interlacing degree and intensity than the elliptical one. The interlacer with square-cross section yarn duct had the lowest properties. The interlacing process had an effect on the interlacing degree of interlaced yarn and no great effect on the interlacing intensity.
