摘  要:研究了微波灰化处理试样和利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定精对苯二甲酸中铬、钴、铁、锰、钼、镍、钛等重金属元素含量。结果表明:微波灰化处理试样,600℃灰化60min,ICP-AES的入射功率1.10kW、冷却气流量18L/min、辅助气流量0、雾化压力2.20×105Pa,测得试样中重金属的含量,其方法的检出限为0.013~0.148mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.26%~0.92%,加标回收率为89.5%~97.5%。该方法操作简便、准确实用。The content of heavy metal such as chromium, cobalt, ferrum, manganese, molybdenum, nickel and titanium in purified terephthalic acid was simultaneously measured by microwave ashing method and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that the microwave ashing method was performed at 600℃ for 60 min and the ICPAES method was performed under the conditions of incident power 1.10 kW, cooling air flow 18 L/min, assistant gas flow 0, atomization pressure 2.20 ×10^5 Pa. The detection limitation was 0.013 -0. 148 mg/kg, therelative standard deviation 0.26% - 0.92% and the recovery of standard addition 89.5% -97.5%. The method was convenient, accuracy and practical.
