摘 要:Cr-Ni-Mo无限冷硬Ⅳ材料轧辊在使用中出现了工作层剥落和炸裂的现象,经现场取样分析,并在实验室进行了系列温度的时效工艺试验和耐磨性试验的基础上确定了该材料热处理条件与性能之间的关系。无限冷硬Ⅳ材料轧辊经过(425±5)℃去应力处理后,可以得到最佳性能配合和使用效果。使轧制带钢的宽度增加了10%以上,即解决了生产中的轧辊质量问题,又为用户增加产品规格提供了条件,具有推广价值。In the field usage, there are many inactivation problem on the Cr-Ni-Mo chilled iron Ⅳ roller. By the sampling and analysis in the field, based on the laboratory experiments which included the series temperatures aging tests and the abradability tests, finally, established the relation on the heat-treatment condition and the property. By the stress relieving under the heat-treatment of the temperature, (425 ± 5)℃, the Cr-Ni-Mo chilled iron Ⅳ composite roller can obtain the optimal property adaption and usage effect. That makes the width of rolling strip steels increased by more than 10%, then solve the quality problems of roller in the practice production and provide the conditions to increase product specifications for the user, affirmed by the user.
