摘 要:采用一种新的材料制备技术——固液混合铸造工艺制备了高铬铸铁合金坯料,对合金进行了拉伸和冲击试验,用JSM-5610LV型扫描电镜对试样断口进行了观察和分析。研究结果表明:经固液混合铸造工艺制备的Cr15高铬铸铁合金的拉伸性能较普通铸造试样得到了明显地提高,该工艺有效地提高了高铬铸铁合金的冲击性能;试样的冲击断裂包含了沿晶断裂和解理断裂两种机制,以解理断裂机制为主,韧性较普通铸造试样有明显地提高。A sort of new-style materials preparation process, solid-liquid mixed casting process, was used to prepare high chromium cast iron blank. The tensile test and impact test were carried out and the JSM-5610LV TEM was used for the fracture observation and analysis. The results show that the tensile strength of Crl5 high chromium cast iron alloy prepared by solid-liquid mixed casting process improves more obviously than that by conventional casting process, and their impact property improves effectively too. The fracture mechanism of the impact samples is cleavage fracture together with inter granular fracture, the cleavage fracture is major. The ductility of the high chromium cast iron alloy prepared by solid-liguid mixed casting process improves more significantly than that by conventional casting process.
