TLC.LTD.Surestep^(TM)三种尿吗啡定性检测方法临床应用对比性研究

摘　　要：本文采用薄层色谱法（ＴＬＣ法），美国ＬＴＤ增强型阿片类毒品检测系统（ＬＴＤ法）和ＳｕｒｅｓｔｅｐＴＭ快速尿液毒品检测试剂盒（ＳｕｒｅｓｔｅｐＴＭ法）对３０名海洛因依赖者脱毒过程中逐日尿液标本进行检测，并以３０名健康者尿液进行对照，结果显示：３０名健康者尿液标本三种方法检测全部呈阴性。３０名海洛因依赖者戒断毒品４８小时内三种检测方法结果均呈阳性。ＴＬＣ法戒断毒品３－４天，ＬＴＤ法４－６天，ＳｕｒｅｓｔｅｐＴＭ法６－１５天，尿液毒品检测转为阴性。认为根据不同需要选用相应尿毒品检测方法十分重要。Abstract Morphine in human urine was measured by thin layer chromatography(TLC),Surestep TM method and low thresholed detection(LTD) in 30 heroin-dependent patients before detoxification and 1-15 days after detoxification,and compared to levels in healthy controls.The results showed that morphine was measured by three methods before detoxification and in 2 days after detoxification.TLC method could detect morphine in 3-4 days after detoxification.However LTD and Surestep TM methods could detect morphine in 4-6 days and 6-15 days respectively after detoxification.The morphine in urine of healthy controls was negative.We consider that these methods can be conveniently used in clinics and hospitals,and one can select any best one of them depending on what he needs.
