摘  要:采用三维热弹塑性有限元法,模拟熔化极气体保护焊平板中心堆焊时的焊件变形,探讨不同约束位置对薄板焊后残余变形的影响,并通过实际施焊进行验证。结果表明:约束位置对模拟结果影响很大,在焊件对称面底边施加重力方向的拘束与实际变形最为接近。The welding residual deformations was simutated by the method of 3-D thermo-elastic-plastic finite element after MIG welding in different constraint location. The effects of different constraint location on residual deformation were discussed and were verified by welding experiment. The results indicate that constraint location has a great effect on the result of simulation. Applying gravity constraint at symmetrical bottom, the simulating is the nearest the actual result.
