摘 要:提出了基于T-FAHP法建立的产品设计方案评价模型,并给出了产品设计方案的评价流程图。在评价过程中应用HOQ进行层次指标的筛选,用三标度法间接地构造了判断矩阵。简化了专家或决策者的判断,有效地避免了使用FAHP法对方案评价时的标度繁琐、判断矩阵一致性难以达到的不足。该评价模型具有准确而快速地评价设计方案优劣性的特点。通过实例验证了该评价模型的合理性和可行性。The product design scheme evaluation model based on improved Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process was proposed. The flow chart of product design schemes evaluation was provided. HOQ was applied to pick out level indexes, Three-scale method was applied to construct judgment matrix indirectly. The method simplifies experts' judgment, effectively avoids complexity of quantifi- cation and difficulty of consistency of comparison matrix in the course of evaluating the product design schemes by the FAHP. The evaluation model can evaluate the design schemes exactly and fleetly. The feasibility of the product design scheme evaluation model was demonstrated by a typical case.
