摘　　要：对MIS系统的权限约束体系进行了系统研究,在"用户/角色/功能权限"三级权限约束的基础上,提出完整的权限约束体系方案,包括用户及密码管理、用户隶属关系管理、功能模块访问约束管理、功能模块操纵权限约束管理和功能模块字段访问约束控制管理等。实践表明:MIS的权限约束方案可以很好地解决困扰MIS系统权限约束控制管理问题,该通用、易用、安全、动态和成熟的方案给软件开发人员和使用单位带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。The whole system about the privilege constraint control of management information system （MIS） was discussod, and the whole privilege constraint system precept based on the three-level privilege constraint that is the user/role/function privilege was in- troduced, including user and password management, user subjection relation management, function module access constraint manage- ment, function module manipulating privilege constraint management, function module field access constraint management etc. It proved in practice that the privilege constraint precept of MIS could settle the problem of privilege constraint control management of MIS.
