摘  要:观察不同温度对猪细小病毒N株血凝活性的影响。结果表明,猪细小病毒N株在37℃条件下十分稳定,作用28d血凝滴度变化不大,只下降1~3个滴度;在60℃恒温水浴下的血凝滴度变化缓慢,血凝滴度在前7d一直稳定;随着温度的升高,病毒血凝的稳定性迅速降低,短时间内即可失去血凝活性,在75℃1h、80℃10min、85℃5min,检测不出病毒血凝活性。由此证明,猪细小病毒N株在37、60℃时血凝活性十分稳定,对热有很强的抵抗力,为将该弱毒株开发成方便运输、保存和使用的疫苗提供了依据。In order to evaluate the effects of different temperature on hemagglutination activity of PPV-N strain, three different samples of PPV-N strain were put in water bath of 37℃, 60℃, 75℃, 80℃, and 85℃ ,respectively. The results showed that PPV-N strain was stable at 37℃, and its hemagglutination titer only decreased 1-3 titer after 28 days. The HA titer of the virus changed very slowly at 60℃ in 7 days, then with the temperature rising, the titer decreased quickly, and the virus lost it's HA in an hour at 75℃, in 5 to 10 minutes at 80℃, and in 5 minutes at 85℃, respectively. These confirmed that the HA of PPV-N strain was stable at 37℃ and 60℃, and had strong heat resistance, which provided reference on developing convenient vaccine for storage, transportation and utilization.
