水基链条润滑剂的研制

摘　　要：研制了一种输送带水基链条润滑剂,该润滑剂由表面活性剂、抑菌剂、阻垢剂、防锈剂等组成研制的。输送带水基链条润滑剂与进口产品进行比较,表明研制的水基链条润滑剂具有润滑性能好、去污、抑菌、低泡、抗腐蚀等优点。A new water-based conveyer lubricant was developed, which is composed of surfactant, antibacterial agent, inhibitors, anti-rust agent and so on. The new conveyer lubricant was compared with the importing conveyer lubricant. Result shows that the new conveyer lubricant is superior in efficient lubrication, decontamination, antibacterial property, low-foam, corrosion-resistant and so on.
