摘　　要：根据塑件的使用要求,分析了选择TPE热塑性弹性体塑料的优点,并根据塑件的结构特点,阐述了二次顶出机构设计方案及精密模具结构特点和工作过程。TPE thermoplastic elastomer plastic was selected according to the requirements for the products and the advantages were analyzed. A precision mould with two-stage ejection mechanism was developed. The design scheme, structural characteristics and work principles of the mould were described.
