烟粉虱卵在女贞上的空间分布型研究

摘　　要：8种方法用以分析烟粉虱卵在女贞上的空间分布型,结果表明:烟粉虱卵在大叶女贞上呈聚集分布,分布的基本成分是个体群。聚集的原因是环境影响和昆虫本身行为。应用Iwao的抽样模型,建立了烟粉虱卵的田间理论抽样数公式方差分析表明,烟粉虱卵在女贞树冠上层、中层、下层的分布数量差异不显著。并且在整个叶片上主要分布于主叶脉的两侧,尤其靠近叶柄的地方。Eight methods were used to analyze the spatial pattern of Bernisia tabaci eggs on the Ligustrurn lucidum. The results indicated that the pattern was aggregated distribution and the basic component of distribution was colony. The aggregation was due to some environmental effects and the aggregation nature of the insect. Based on Iwao＇s method, the formula of optimum theortical sampling number was established. By using methods for variance analysis, the number of B. tabaci eggs showed little difference on the upper, middle, and lower canopy of L. lucidum. B. tabaci eggs in the leaves mainly distributed in the main vein on both sides, especially around the petiole.
