宽苞棘豆黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘　　要：采用工业酒精提取、以硅胶为固定相、真空液相层析法,从宽苞棘豆(Oxytropis latibracte-ata)中分离得到了3个化合物,经理化常数和光谱分析确定其结构为:5,7,4'-三羟基-3',5'-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ),4'-β-D-葡萄糖-5,7-二羟基异黄酮(Ⅱ),山奈酚-3-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),上述成分均首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ在豆科棘豆属植物中首次发现。Three compounds were isolated from the Oxytropis latibracteata Jurtz.. Their structures were identified as 5,7,4＇-trihydroxy-3＇, 5＇-dimethoxyflavane（ Ⅰ ）, genistein-4＇-β-D-glucoside（ Ⅱ ）, kaempferol-3-β-D- glucoside（ Ⅲ ）. All of these compounds were obtained for the first time from the plant. The compound Ⅰ and Ⅱwere obtained for the first time from Oxytropis.
