摘  要:目的:探讨根据排卵前血清黄体生成素(LH)测定结果来判断排卵时间及安排人工授精时间。方法:测定排卵前的血清LH,根据抽取标本至排卵的时间差将90个周期分为工组(24小时内排卵),Ⅱ组(25~48小时),Ⅲ组(49~72小时),Ⅳ组(73—96小时)和黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征(LUFS)组,并对各组数值进行统计学分析。结果:I组的LH值显著高于其他各组(P〈0.01)。I组中占分布最高百分比的LH测定值≥50U/L,Ⅱ组≥20U/L,Ⅲ组≥10U/L。结论:排卵前血清LH的测定有利于排卵时间的估计及人工授精时间的确定。当LH值≥50U/L时,主卵泡将在24小时内排卵的可能性大;20U/L≤LH值〈50U/L时,48小时内排卵的可能性大;10U/L≤LH值〈20U/L时,将在48小时后排卵。Objective: To estimate the precise ovulating time and arrange the time of intrauterine insemination (IUI) according to the levels of serum luteinizing hormone (LH). Methods: Ninety cycles of IUI were divided into five groups according to the time differences from blood drawn to ovulation. The LH values in serum were detected before ovulation. The follicles in I group were ruptured within 24 hours after blood drawn, and Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳgroups were 48, 72, 96 hours respectively. Follicle unruptured belonged to lutemizing unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS) group. Data among these groups were analyzed statistically. Results:The LH level in I group was higher than that in other groups significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). The LH value accounting for the maximal percentage distribution was ≥50 U/L in I group, ≥20 U/L in Ⅱ group, and ≥10 U/L in Ⅲ group.Conclusions:The detection of serum LH value before ovulation is in favor of estimating ovulating time and time of IUI. The main follicle would rupture within 24 hours if the value of serum U-I was ≥50 U/L, if 20≤ LH 〈 50 U/L it would rupture within 48 hours, if 10 U/L≤ LH 〈 20 U/L, it would rupture after 48 hours.
