摘 要:通过EGSB厌氧系统的技术应用,将酒糟废液经过固液分离和厌氧生化产生沼气,并与脱水后的木薯渣一起作为生物质能源送往锅炉进行燃烧,产生的蒸汽送至汽轮机。汽轮机排汽用于蒸煮和蒸馏工艺,发电主要用于工艺用电。通过比较分析沼气生产和糟渣综合利用改造前后的能耗指标,表明综合利用模式提高了酒精行业废弃物的利用率,降低了能耗,节约了大量成本,对于酒精行业具有很好的示范作用。Waste distiller's grains could produce marsh gas after solid-liquid separation and anaerobic biochemical reaction with the use of EGSB anaerobic system. Then the produced marsh gas together with dehydrated manioc waste burned in boiler and the generated steam was sent to turbine. Then the discharged steam from turbine was used for material cooking and distillation and the power generation mainly used for technical processing. Through the comparison of energy consumption data before and after the comprehensive utilizatiori of waste distiller's grains, it was revealed that such comprehensive use pattern could increase the use rate of waste distiller's grains in alcohol industry, reduce energy consumption, and save production cost, which was a good pioneer example in alcohol industry.
