锅炉除盐水系统中的有机物污染及处理方法

摘　　要：自2006年9月以来海安美亚热电有限公司的二级除盐水处理系统中阳床和阴床周期制水量下降,酸耗和碱耗明显增加,与此同时锅炉水pH低于正常值,影响了系统的安全经济运行。通过对补给水和炉内水处理系统进行水质检测、试验分析和故障排除,确定了水中的有机物污染是导致上述问题的主要原因。为此采取了在二级除盐系统前增设无阀滤池和活性炭过滤器,并将炉内加药方式改为平衡磷酸盐处理等一系列措施,取得了明显效果。Meiya Thermal Power Co. Ltd. in Haian adopts a two-stage desalination water treatment system. Since September 2006, the water production volume of cation and anion exchange tower was decreased, the consumptions of acid and alkali were increased obviously, and the pH of boiler water was lower than the normal, all of these affected the security and economy operation of the company.Through the water quality test and experiment analysis of makeup water and boiler water treatment system and trouble removal, it was confirmed that the organic pollution was the main cause of above situations. Therefore, a series of measures were taken, including adding valveless filter and activated carbon filter before the two-stage desalination water treatment system, changing the dosing mode of chemicals into equilibrium phosphate treatment and so on. The significant effect was achieved.
