摘　　要：某漂染工业园污水处理厂实际运行过程中存在的加酸系统容量偏小、预处理系统容易堵塞、氧化沟系统曝气不足、鼓风机曝气系统故障多、污泥SVI值偏高以及污泥脱水机滤带损耗大、效率低等问题,分析了其各自产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策。通过改造加酸系统、更换格栅与排泥泵等预处理设备、抬高表曝机、增加氧化沟曝气设备、改造污泥脱水系统和调整运行方式等措施使上述问题得到了有效解决。Problems affecting the wastewater treatment plant of a bleaching and dyeing industry area are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Particular issues include insufficient sulphuric acid - dosing capacity, plugging of the pretreatment system, insufficient aeration of the oxidation ditch system, malfunction of the air blower aeration system, high SVI value, spoilage of the filtration belt, and low efficiency of the sludge dewatering system. The problems were effectively solved by reconstructing the sulphuric acid - doing system, replacing the pretreatment equipment such as the screen and sludge pump, raising the surface aerator, increasing the aerators of the oxidation ditch, changing some accessories of the sludge dewatering system, and properly adjusting operation modes of some treatment systems.
