摘　　要：目的：评估头孢吡肟治疗老年医院获得性肺炎（HAP）的临床疗效。方法：60例老年HAP患者随机分为头孢吡肟组与头孢他啶组，每组30例，分别给予头孢吡肟、头孢他啶治疗7～10d，比较2组的有效率和细菌清除率。结果：头孢吡肟组与头孢他啶组的有效率分别为86．7％、70．0％（P〈0．05），细菌清除率分别为81．8％、61．9％（P〈0．05）。结论：头孢吡肟治疗老年HAP疗效好，安全。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Cefepime in treating senile patients with hospital acquired pneumonia （HAP）. METHODS： A total of 60 HAP cases were randomly assigned to receive Cefepime （n = 30） or Ceftazidime （n = 30） for 7-10 days. The effective rate and the bacterial clearance rate of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The effective rate was 86.7% for Cefepime group and 70.0% for Ceftazidime group （P〈0.05）, and the bacterial clearance rates were 81.8 % vs. 61.9% （P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION： Cefepime therapy had confirmed efficacy and safety in treating senile patients with hospital acquired pneumonia.
