摘　　要：目的:探索完善我国现行药品不良反应损害救济相关法律规定的方法。方法:通过分析我国现行法律对药品不良反应损害救济的规制现状,提出完善我国相关法律规定的建议。结果与结论:我国在对药品不良反应损害救济立法时,应从救济模式、归责原则、给付范围、诉讼时效等方面进行综合考虑。OBJECTIVE： To explore the ways to evolve the current domestic legislation on the relief of adverse drug reactions （ADR） -induced harm. METHODS： Suggestions on the improvement of the existing related legal systems were put forward by analyzing the status quo of the current legal regulations on the relief of ADR - induced harm. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The relief pattern, liability principle, the scope of paying and the time limit of lawsuit etc should be given into full consideration in the legislation on the relief of ADR- induced harm.
