摘　　要：目的：验证我院对住院患者不合理用药医嘱监测结果进行干预的效果。方法：结合合理用药监测系统（PASS），采用监测-培训-计划（MTP）干预模式，对我院2005-2007年不合理用药医嘱进行干预。结果：与干预前比较，干预后黑色警示医嘱的修改比例有显著提升，减少了潜在药品不良事件的发生。结论：MTP干预有助于医师重视PASS监测，提高黑色警示医嘱的修改率，防止发生用药差错。OBJECTIVE： To verify the monitoring effects on irrational physicians＇ orders by MTP intervention in our hospital. METHODS： The irrational physicians＇ orders in our hospital between 2005 and 2007 were monitored by PASS using MTP （Monitoring- Training- Plan） intervention model. RESULTS： As compared with before intervention, the black- lamp - precaution - medication＇ s revision rate increased significantly after intervention, which greatly reduced the incidence of potential adverse drug events. CONCLUSION： MTP intervention can arouse physicians＇ attention on the monitoring results with PASS, increase the black-lamp- precaution- medication revision rate and prevent the occurrence of medication errors.
