用连铸法生产组织致密的铸铁空心型材

摘　　要：应用垂直上拉连铸法生产出了不同壁厚和管径的铸铁空心型材,并对获得的铸铁空心型材进行了金相观测和力学性能的测试。结果表明:应用该连铸法能获得组织致密、晶粒细小和综合力学性能优良的铸铁空心型材。The hollow-cast-iron profiles with different wall thickness and different diameter were produced by the pulling-up vertically continuous casting, and their metaUographic observations and mechanical measurements were carried out respectively. The results show that the hollow-cast-iron profiles produced by this way are of a dense structure, a fine crystal grain and excellent mechanical properties.
