运用SPECT脑功能成像技术研究针刺外关穴对脑功能区的激活效应

摘　　要：目的:运用单光子发射型计算机断层显像(SPECT)技术,以99mTc-ECD为显影剂,观察针刺外关穴对脑功能区的激活效应。方法:将12例健康志愿者随机均分为两组,对照组不接受针刺刺激,针刺组针刺右侧外关穴。所有健康志愿者均行SPECT脑功能成像,利用SPM2软件对比分析针刺外关穴时不同脑功能区的激活。结果:针刺外关穴组的Brodmann area3、2、20、46区、左侧壳核、尾核、小脑以及右侧岛叶等区域有激活点,激活区域相对集中在左侧。结论:针刺外关穴引起脑功能区相对特异激活,可能是临床外关穴治疗疾病的中枢基础。Objective ：To observe the activation effects of needling Waiguan（ S J5 ）on the cerebral blood flow by single photon emission computerized tomography （SPECT） imaging technology （ 99mTc - ECD ）. Methods ： Twelve healthy volunteers were divided into two groups randomly. The 6 volunteers in the experimental group received needling right SJ5 point, while the other 6 in the control group did not receive any stimulation. SPECT cerebral function imaging was performed on all the volunteers, and the SPM2 software was used to analyze the activation effects of needling SJ5 on different cerebral areas. Results ： Compared with the control group,needling SJ5 could activate Brodmann area（BA） 3,2,20 and 46, and left pntamen, caudate nucleus, cerebellum and right insular lobe. Conclusion：Needling SJ5 could result in the relative specific activation of cerebral functional areas, which possibly was its central foundation of treating diseases.
