摘　　要：介绍沈丕安教授诊治痛风性关节炎的经验。认为病机主要是湿热阻滞,经络痹阻,治疗拟清热利湿,痛痹止痛,方用自拟复方马齿苋汤。附验案1则佐证。This article introduces professor Shen Pian＇s clinical experience in the treatment of gout arthritis. Professor Shen Pian think that the pathogenesis of gout arthritis is moist heat blockage and veins and arteries imperforation. Its treatment focuses on clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis, clearing out meridian to relieve pain, complex prescription Machixian Decociton was created for the treatment. One typical case is presented.
