中药浸泡及注射治疗糖尿病足36例

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟糖尿病足洗剂并红花注射液治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:对36例糖尿病足患者用自拟糖尿病足洗剂浸泡及红花注射液于患肢股动脉注射治疗,观察治疗效果及治疗前后血脂、血小板聚集率及血液流变学变化。结果:总有效率94.4%。结论:糖尿病足洗剂浸泡及红花注射液股动脉注射治疗糖尿病足疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of feet soaking with Chinese herbs combined with safflower injection in treating diabetic foot. Methods ：36 patients with diabetic foot were treated with feet soaking with Chinese herbs combined with safflower injection from the femoral arterial,the clinical efficacy and the changes of blood lipids, platelet aggregation, hemorrheology were observed before and after the treatment. Results：The treatment showed healing well in 21 patients （58.3 % ）, markedly effective in 7 patients（ 19.4% ） ,effective in 6 patients （ 16.7% ） and ineffective in 3 patients（5. 6% ） ,the total effective rate being 94. 4%. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of feet soaking with Chinese herbs combined with safflower injection in treating diabetic foot was confirmed.
