摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对混合痔术后尿潴留的发生率的影响,为预防术后尿潴留提出可行的护理措施。方法:对145例患者按整体护理的护理模式给予系统的护理干预,即入院后给予心理护理、健康教育,术后发生尿潴留时及时采取诱导排尿措施等。结果:5例患者发生尿潴留,经积极给予护理干预措施后5例患者均自行排尿。结论:护理干预对预防混合痔术后尿潴留具有积极作用。Objective ： To explore the effect of nursing on incidence rate of urosehesis in patients with mixture indicator after operation. Methods： 145 cases were nursed with mental nursing, healthy education, and were treated with urethral catheterization when the uroschesis appeared. Results：5 cases appered urosehesis,but with the nursing could mieturate automatically. Conclusion： The nursing can prevent the uroschesis in patients with mixture indicator after operation.
