提脓化腐生肌在下肢外伤性慢性皮肤溃疡护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢外伤性慢性皮肤溃疡门诊中药换药治疗和护理的疗效。方法:中药换药用三黄膏(散)、九一丹、拔毒生肌膏外敷,同时,运用护理程序对病人施以中医整体护理。结果:治愈率100%。结论:正确的、仔细的伤口评估、选用适当的中药换药方法,并根据伤口愈合情况运用中医整体护理对慢性皮肤溃疡早日愈合极为重要。Objective：The aim of study was to investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in legs ehronic ulcer of skin from trauma by clinic service and nursing cares. Methods ： Twenty-one cases of legs chronic ulcer of skin from trauma were treated with＇ San Huang Paste＇ , ＇ Jiu Yi Dan＇ , ＇ Removing Toxic Substance and Promote Tissue Regeneration Ointment＇ according to differentiation of symptoms and signs. At same time we gave integrate nursing cares including advice on mental, daily life and nutrition. Results：Twenty-one patients recover completely. The recovery rate was 100 percent. Conclusion： For promoting the recover of legs chronic ulcer of skin, it is important to evaluate trauma exactly, choose the suitable TCM according to differentiation of symptoms and signs and apply integrate nursing cares.
