摘　　要：目的:通过MMP-9mRNA表达探讨开窍通腑汤的神经保护及神经功能重塑作用。方法:采用拴线法复制大鼠大脑中动脉缺血3h再灌注模型,采用RT-PCR方法检测MCAO后不同时间点各组MMP-9mRNA在局灶性脑缺血中的表达。结果:开窍通腑汤可通过降低MMP-9的含量,减轻缺血时基底膜的降解,从而维护血脑屏障(BBB)的完整性。进而达到防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的目的。Objective：This topic discusses activation of the remodel the nerve protection and the nerve function about Kaiqiao Tongfu recipe from MMP-9mRNA. Methods：By adopting MCAO in rat models to achieve MCAO 3h/R,RT-PCR method is used to detect the expression of MMP - 9mRNA of each group after MCAO at different time in focal cerebral ischemia. Results ： Kaiqiao Tongfu recipe can reduce the level of MMP-9,relieve the degeneration of basement membrane during cerebral ischemia,thus maintain the integrity of blood-brain barrier. Prevent and control the damage of cerebral ischemia reperfusion at last.
