摘  要:介绍了足部参数的自动提取方法。利用到钢化玻璃平板垂直距离小于5 mm的足部三维点云在钢化玻璃平板上投影轮廓线和整个足部三维点云在钢化玻璃平板上投影轮廓线提取足部的纵轴、足后跟点和趾尖点,并建立局部足部坐标系;利用局部足部坐标系和有关截面进行足背点、足弓点、内踝点、外踝点、胫骨前下点、第1跖趾关节突出点和第5跖趾关节突出点等特征点的识别;根据特征点自动提取足长、足宽、足围和足弓曲线等足部参数或特征曲线。测量结果表明,参数自动提取方法有较高的重复精度和测量精度,而且在足部纵轴线和扫描方向不一致时也有较好的适应性。足部参数自动提取方法避免了采用人工贴点或手动识别特征点的繁琐过程,缩短了测量时间,适合于足型普查和足型数据库建立等大批量测量场合。Automatic foot-parameter-extracting method was introduced in the paper. A local foot coordinate system was defined with a foot longitudinal axis, the pternion and the acropodion extracted from the boundary of XOZ projection of points less than 5mm above the XOZ plane and the XOZ projection of all foot points. Then the instep point, arch point, the most prominent point on the medial malleolus, the most prominent point on the lateral malleolus, anterior distal end of tibia point, the most prominent point of the first-metatarsophalangeal joint and the most prominent point of the fifth-metatarsophalangeal joint were located through the local foot coordinate system and the related sections. Finally, the foot length, foot width, ball girth and arch curve were extracted. The measurement results showed that the foot-parameter-extracting method in the measurement system had a relatively high accuracy and good repeatability. With the measurement system, it is possible to automatically extract foot parameters with high speed and avoid the process of setting and manually locating landmarks on the foot. The system is especially useful for foot survey and establishment of the database for foot structure.
