摘　　要：促进中部崛起已成为现阶段区域经济协调发展的迫切需要。对中部地区的金融发展状况的分析表明,储蓄动员能力较弱、金融结构优化滞后以及金融市场化水平较低是现阶段中部崛起面临的主要金融困境。随着中部崛起战略的逐步实施,中部六省已进入崛起的轨道,通过金融发展政策消除经济崛起中的金融困境势在必行。To promote the central region in China rising at the present stage of economic development is very urgent. This paper, through analysis of the financial development situation of region in China, reveals that the lower ability of savings mobilization, the hysteresis optimization of financial structure, as well as the lower level of financial marketization, are financial predicament of the central region in China. With the step-by-step implementation of the strategy of the central region in China rising, the six central provinces have entered a rising track. To formulate and implement the policy of financial development so as to eliminate the financial predicament are bound to go ahead.
