摘  要:基于光电容积脉搏波原理,利用红光和近红外光两种波长的半导体激光光源,对人体手指末端做透射吸收测量,在心脏的周期性收缩和舒张作用下,得到交、直流容积波信号,根据血液中氧合血红蛋白(HbO2)和还原血红蛋白(Hb)对这两种波长光能量的吸收差异,建立差分方程,通过数学解析计算得到血氧饱和度数值,实现了人体血氧饱和度的无创和连续测量。As important physical health parameters of human body, blood oxygen saturation and pulse have close relationship with cardio-pulmonary, respiratory as well as circulatory system. Concerning blood oxygen saturation, continuous and non-invasive detection can't be reached by invasive detection technique. By scanning blood volume pulse signal, two laser diodes with different wavelength were used to obtain the absorption difference between oxidized hemoglobin (HbO2 ) and reduced hemoglobin (Hb). With the result of finger transmission detection, the value of blood oxygen saturation could be calculated.
